Over the years I've seen UPS go from good to bad. To save money and time they now only ring the doorbell, and leave your package at your doorstep. I once had a computer delivered like this, and couldn't believe it was just left there.

Today my package was delivered in a box that looked like it was straight out of the garbage can. I saw that *** delivery guy scurry away as fast as he could before I could answer the door. Unbelievable. Even if I wanted to complain, he was already too far to do so.

Two options: 

1) Call your local UPS facility and complain. Ask to speak with the facility manager. 

 

2) Call the local UPS number and ask to file a grievance.
